All studio services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but only by appointment. We don't allow walk-ins, and given the extremely soundproof nature of this place, if you're knocking on the front door and we aren't expecting you, chances are we'll never even know you were here.

To make an appointment, first check the scheduling calendar to see if the time that you want is available. Keep in mind that we need to keep at least 30 minutes in between appointments for set-up / tear down, so if the studio is booked from 2-6pm, the next available time would start at 6:30pm. To guarantee a spot, make sure that you request time at least two days in advance. Same day scheduling may or may not be available.

Once you've selected the time that you want, you can either e-mail us, or call 1-866-334-4364 to make an appointment. If we're in session or otherwise occupied there may be no one to answer the phone. In that case, just leave a message on the voice mail stating the time that you're requesting, and if it's a rehearsal, what you'd like set up in advance. E-mail is probably the best way to set up a time, as the odd hours kept here may prevent a return phone call to confirm at any reasonable hour. Just send an e-mail to studio@dm-gremlin.com with your request.

Once you've requested your time, you can check to see if your time has been received and confirmed by checking the calendar again. Run your mouse over the time that you scheduled (which should be blocked out once it's been reserved) and you should see the band or contact name that you provided and the time that you scheduled pop up as a tooltip. A full or partial deposit may be required to reserve your time. Once you're on the calendar, your time is locked in and you will be expected to show up.
